Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
When I had a baby with me, and other babies in the cradle, I worked 12 hours a day grinding floors and cutting off wallpaper. Ha! It was all starting to take shape, however there was still a long way to go. To complete this task I had planned to invest a significant amount of money and time searching for the perfect home. To keep within the budget, I started by taking my sons to estate sales in search of diamonds. The schedule we had for the week that consisted of spending Thursday through Saturday walking around sale houses and garages, buying old and new items. I spent the rest of the week working on painting and sanding the driveway. The look was a little similar to the following... This is where my love for the restoration of antique furniture began. I kept on restoring furniture even after we had decorated our house. At the local market, I rented a small area and then sold a few objects. In the end, I accumulated more items that I had no idea about and outgrew the space. Open houses were held at my residence where 1 000 people could visit over a weekend, and the visitors were able to purchase items on the ground level. Growing Days was created in this home. As my business flourished as did our family. I was balancing the demands between what it took starting a new venture while also being a mommy. Growing Days seemed like the perfect match. The year 2013 was the year my daughter Nora was our fourth baby. Although I was happy with the direction my business was taking, I realized that I needed to take some time off. I decided to take a break from making vintage furniture, and I slowed down my speed and stayed at home to raise the children. That was exactly what I needed at the moment. After a couple of months, the phone began to start to. The people who called me were needing help with the interior decoration and remodeling. A majority of those calling me were from those who attended one of the furniture open houses. I began taking on clients one at a time going at my own pace however it wasn't for long to have numerous accounts and had an entire home improvement business. It would have probably laughed at me had I had told you that this would become the basis of the DIY Network tv series. Actually I still kind of smile when I think about it.
